1. Age Restrictions & Choking Hazards
- Not Suitable for Under 3s: Unless explicitly marked otherwise, no products sold by Neofidgets are suitable for children under 3 years of age (36 months).
- Small Parts Warning: Many fidget toys contain small components, balls, caps, or detachable elements that pose a severe choking hazard if placed in the mouth or swallowed.
- Tendency to Mouth Items: Items must be kept away from any individual (regardless of age) who has a habit of placing non-food objects in their mouth.
2. Adult Supervision Required
- Children and vulnerable individuals must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using Neofidgets products.
- Never leave young children unattended with fidget toys, sensory tools, or small gadgets.
3. Inspection, Wear & Tear, and Discarding
- Sensory Stress & Fatigue: Fidget toys are designed to be squeezed, pulled, twisted, or pressed repeatedly. As a result, all products naturally undergo physical wear over time.
- Mandatory Pre-Use Check: Always inspect toys before use. Check for cracks, weak points, leaking liquid/gel, loose magnets, or split seams.
- Immediate Disposal: If a product shows signs of damage, fatigue, or breakage, stop using it immediately and discard it safely out of reach of children and pets.
4. Non-Food & Non-Medical Notice
- Do Not Ingest: None of our items are edible or food-safe. Never chew on, puncture, bite, or swallow any part of a fidget product or its contents.
- Not a Medical Device: Neofidgets products are sold for recreational and sensory fidgeting purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
5. Limitation of Purchaser Liability
By buying from Neofidgets, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts that:
- It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to select age-appropriate items for the end user.
- Neofidgets cannot accept liability for harm, injury, or damages resulting from product misuse, lack of proper adult supervision, chewing/ingestion, or continued use of a broken or worn item.
