UK Shipping & Delivery
- Service Area: We ship exclusively to valid delivery addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
- Processing Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 working days via Royal Mail / Evri — £3.49, or FREE on orders over £30.
- Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days (next working day where available) via courier — £5.99.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
- Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing checkout. Neofidgets cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
